This iconic vintage Norma Kamali OMO jacket was originally invented after the designer went camping and had to wear her sleeping bag from her tent to the bathroom in the middle of the night. She decided to make a coat that mimicked the warm feeling of a sleeping bag that would be chic as well as cozy. This avant garde jacket is one of the most iconic pieces designed by Norma Kamali. it is still being reproduced today in various styles, but this is one of the early designs from the late 1980's. We especially love the large shawl collar that can be pulled up around your neck! This extremely comfortable coat has slash pockets and fits a range of sizes from Small to Large.
